The last update regarding Multiserv
MultiServ Agreement Extended - 14 October 08 - (548KB)pdf file states:
Any Mill Waste plants in Australia wholly or partly owned by Austpac prior to exercising that option are excluded from the agreement. The Newcastle ERMS SR plant, which Austpac plans to use to commercially process Mill Waste, is also excluded from the agreement.
To me, this indicates that there may be two announcements. If any other steel company (in Australia) wants to use the technology then it would be to their benefit to commit before Multiserv does. (MultiServ now has until 31st
December 2008 - from the pdf above)
So, linkman19's comment "Rumours of pending announcement with a major steele company has been floating around of late..." may well have legs. Here's hoping!
Yes, there are a lot of ifs and ands; it's a good thing we don't have high expectations tain't it? (although we might have titanium saucepans!)
