a good post. Let's hope we have some update soon. Mal Clay made his intentions clear to ASX recently, who knows he may make another statement as he has so much money invested. We have to let the dust settle. I don't agree with posters who advocate legal proceedings. The only winners are the lawyers. ZYL needs to concentrate on getting this company back on track without litigation worries imo. However, if Nick takes action, they will be forced to defend.
