Austral Pays US $1mill for a further 19% of Casposo taking its ownership to 70% . This is just the next step for AGD to finally get 100% ownership of Casposo by 2020 /30% remains on option (10% in 2018-10% in 2019 and 10% in 2020.
Paid for with US$5.8 mill internal CASH reserves and US$ 1.5mill through external financing.
More Gold and Silver resources with exploration this is a NO BRAINER.
