This is where some brokers and fund managers get it wrong I reckon. A few months ago I saw a couple of brokers banging on about how Boss Energy is a Sell for them. It has since surged. The logic was that the price of uranium would need to reach $100 to justify the valuation. From memory the price of the metal was about $70 at the time. So, their financial modelling was suggesting the company was substantially overvalued. The market is forward looking and if they take the same approach they will never see uranium stocks as a Buy. If the price of uranium continues to rise so will uranium stocks imo.
