Who is selling?
Probably nobody if you drilled right into what is going on. If there is downward manipulation of the price then the buyer and seller are are the same party, or related parties operating together, trading parcels between themselves (typically the small parcels we see go through) where they gradually ratchet the price down, or hold it steady, for their own reasons.
This is form of market manipulation that should be outlawed as it restricts the ability of small caps to operate in a transparent market and ultimately restricts their ability to raise capital efficiently.
There are should be a mechanism for the ASX and ASIC to detect this and prosecute.
