Yeah I'm with you heraclitus sounds quite odd. No announcements of delays no rain floods storms etc - JG's email doesn't equate to anything tangible.
Though i'd like to read it get more insight from his wording you should actually publish it here on HC there is nothing confidential there rite- this can be the steady flow on information that was spruiked for April
