Simply put i dont trust this company.On the year ended 2012 report, the managing director Sharon Heng got herself a salary of $300K (not to mention other benefits,option and renumeration). For a small market cap company the salary is way too much. Even george jones of sundance resources got only $219k base salary. She also paid remuneration to closely related family member of Director of $188k in 2 years and another $628 to family members of the exploration manager....(why the heck do i want to pay her family members?...am i going to expect another capital raising soon to feed her lifestyle???
