I have been looking long & hard & I invite any (I said ANY) poster out there to provide an example of when a shareholder has been invited to the discussion table to provide input & sign documentation (BEFORE) the a take over has happened & before they have a majority holding.
Based on this, every shareholder should have been invited to this meeting as all shares are equal in nature (or is it more valuable when you are a minor CHINESE stakeholder- (there I said it) .
This has set a precedent of monumental significance.
I demand that I also be at these meetings or all share holders be treated equally.
Until Hanlong are on the board & a major shareholder they have no business or input at the table at this point intime..Irrespective of what their intentions are. As at this point in time it is hearsay.
