How many shares (ie votes) would it take to make them change the terms of the loan. And what % of the Shares is that?
I would think there is about 5 to 7 million shares in this forum saying they would vote no. Educated guess.
Anyone got a recent top 50 holdings listing?
How does one contact them?
If we had a voting block of significance And a proxy rep, we could approach the board with a counter proposal for the loan facility before the AGM.
This is something I would entertain, if we could present a voting block of 10% or more.
Thought?
