No amount of commercial deals can excuse this loan option on the table. If there was one commercial deal completed or imminent they would have confidently walked into the local bank and asked the manager for a loan. This would have given a clear indication as to their thoughts on the companies future and the share price would have followed. As i have mentioned previously, the fact they haven't done this worries me.......... what don't we shareholders know about the future? what assumptions are we making about this eminent deal with Fuji. I note it mentions in the latest quarterly that if Fuji don't take up the option they will go it alone on the phase 2 trial....... always a possibility
