I think given only 25% of cast ballots are needed to stop company funds being used as a cheap margin loan for directors, we are in with a chance of sending a very strong message on this one.
Philby, even if they do get some sort of deal the principle remains ... the company surely did not need to dilute holders with $2m in placement shares if they now have enough go offer those funds as cheap loans to management ??
Got to wonder how out of touch they are that they thought this would fly having given no opportunities to smaller shareholders over the past four placements.
