A No voting block & an alternative loan facility, page-236

Smarty,
These loans will be used to execute the Directors’ 2,500,000 options that expire 27 Sept 2018. What is driving this negative sentiment is that previously there has been no suggestion of these loans and that it has been left till the last moment, when they have had 5 years to prepare for the execution of these options.

More irritating is that Cynata has recently done a Capital raising, one that wasn’t really required and more done to bring on a major financial institution (Fidelity) as a major shareholder. But to now draw on these funds to provide loans to these directors doesn’t sit well with a substantial number of Cynata’s shareholders.

I would ask you to seriously consider this in your determination on how to vote on this resolutions.

I would urge you to also vote No.
