I don't see the reason for abstaining? It is pretty obvious here what management has done. In the past I would have given them benefit of the doubt and probably voted YES, but this has been going on for too long. I'd encourage you all to vote NO, even if fence sitting. This way management will pay attention and perhaps readjust the terms. As previously stated, you can always change the vote to a YES at a later date.
