Our directirs placed more shares suth big insto so we could fund a loan to themselves.
Even now they coukd seek a resolution to allow cashless exercise of options. Using a shareprice of $1.30 to pay off balance.
Simple. Incentivized. dilution that represents reality and their own missed timelines.
