I don't hold nearly as many as some here on HC, although possibly same amount as some of the BOD, and have just voted 'No'.
Like others I see this as a slippery slope and a matter of principle and not just relevant to the resolutions under consideration.
And not too sure if the increase in SP is due to market realising this motion is being rejected then even more so the reason to reject.
CYP needs to be liberated and not just to be used a plaything/piggy bank for a chosen few.
