As a new investor I love the sentiment but with a small portfolio and a wife who is not as strong of a believer as I, I have to compromise.

To appease her I have had to commit to selling 15% of my holdings when the price hits a 2 bagger for me (I may be able to talk her down to 10%) so that at least that way we have recovered cost associated with about 50% of our outlay.

Its not what I ideally want to do but I at least then get to have 100% full say at that point on for the remaining balance of MUS (with no discussions with wife needed)
