    Not quite. More like something that should be $1 but is on special for 5c. Do you ask what is wrong here to earn the 5c price or do you buy because it is such a special. I am pointing out why it is 5c...like a car with 1 wheel it sure ain't going anywhere until it has at least 3 wheels.
