Hello Adequate,
you stated:
"YTC plans to produce 50,000 Au/Eq ounces per annum, from high grade or at 7 g/t Au/Eq (350,000 tpa for 50,000 oz)"
How did you calculat these 7g/t ?
Did you convert g/t into ounzes? (1 ounce = 31.1 g)
I tried to comprehend the 50.000 oz from the 350.000t ore p.a.
my calculation was:
( ore (t p.a.) x Gold eq Contentraction (g/t) / weight (g per ounze)
350.000t p.a. x 8g/t / 31g p.ounze = 90.300 ounzes per anno!
My thoughts are that I've to substract the factors for "recovery level" and "payabilty", which made about 16%
So I came to a Production of 90.300 x ,84 = 75.500 Au/Eq p.a., which is significant higher than the 50k described in the "DFS expanded" announcement.
In case you would calculate with app. 75k Au/Eq p.a. by described op.costs of 97$/t (Ore) you would double the margin!!
I was not able to find the way YTC had reached the 50k Au/Eq p.a. from 350.000 t ore.
My thoughts are that it?s a very very conservative calculation.
Maybe you can help ?
btw
Sorry for my bad english,
