mailed my question to ytc last week.
today I got (in my eyes) a great reply.

As i understood & my suggestions:

1)
The 350.000t rock is the complete mining volume (waste rock...), not the net "ore volume"
So the the capacity of the plant has a lot "headroom" to produce further nymagee / hera+ material, additional costs should be comprehensible.
(50tph equals app, 440.000 tpa "ore volume")

2)
"There is some conservatism built..." sounds to me a little bit like a "worst case szenario", so there is a good probabilty for even better values ((-; (based on the "old hera dfs")

Your approach to the calculations is correct, however there needs to be allowance for the following:

>> The mining dilution that YTC has used in the study is 16%

>> The 350,000 tpa is the peak mining & process rate. During the ramp-up stage (year 1) the rate will be around 235,000tpa

>> .....There is some conservatism built into both the metal price assumptions and the payabilities

>> So, at the peak of production the proposed Hera mine will produce >50 oz Au Eq, however the life of mine average is as stated.

>> As you may be aware, the company is now looking at an expanded Project, to include some of the Inferred Hera Resource but also the incorporation of the Nymagee Copper ore. We are very confident of delivering a larger, longer life project, without interrupting the development timeframe.
