there is no way Burnside can win Kooyong but he is forcing them to spread scarce resources. Greens are crazy, any wonder they're still on 10% primary vote despite environmental issues now at the forefront of concerns for so many people. It's a fair effort for them to still be irrelevant in 2019! if they stuck to environmental issues rather than being borderline communists I am sure they'd get more votes.
