The way i see it, is that once the money comes in from china the SP will be at least double what it is now. 60 + million in the bank, 18 cents per share expected earnings and a 9 cent dividend sounds too good to miss(market cap is 160 million) - I expect profit to be more as once the Malaysian / other contracts come aboard this will get rolling - those that sold out will feel anger and take it out on management. That is why they are paid big $'s - to take all the rubbish that comes from angry shareholders!!!

Note: If the product is as good as talk about it is then China will eant to keep it. They will fulfil the payment..... Bloody Chinese Holidays. Great buying oportunity at the moment
