    Ousia,
We are both coming at this brain-teaser from slightly different perspectives. In my case, I have no ability to contact management, so am reliant entirely on my personal search skills.

Firstly, the Malaysian contract, as per articles that I posted links to in the past couple of weeks, it appeared that Malaysia viewed this very much as a "proposal" and a "pilot project". The suggested costs/revenues being reported at Malaysian end were not ballpark with the NBS figures.

Secondly, China. Having searched the net widely under all combinations of various relevant phrases and google-translations, I can find no reference to this initiative in any documents. It is certainly not apparent in any releases from AQSIQ or associated departments mentioned in various releases. The ONLY related references are those from bulletin board listed TPID. Research into TPID is not reassuring.

It is difficult to believe that the China contract might turn out to be a total "scam" at this point. Something must be going on ... somewhere....

... but the issue of such cards and the marking of LNG tanks would not need to be kept secret. There should be a reference somewhere outside of NBS and TPID...
