GOT could employ somebody to post here and not identify themselves. They may have. If they haven't I'm surprised that they haven't.
Would it be better that on these threads if the mutually supportive posting continued to ignore certain realties. Ultimately those realities would come crashing in anyway, in fact, in my opinion, that's what happened here. Coincidentally I was posting at the same time. When I turned up SH's themselves, including you, were railing at the lack of info from the company, for example.
I only wish I had posted when the SP was riding high, then SH's may, or may not, have sold at a higher price.
The history of the posting on these threads re GOT is interesting. When the SP was in the stratosphere those posting any opposite view were ridiculed, abused and patronised. Much like what happened to me when I first posted. I didn't post until the SP was around 21c- long before that the SP had started the slippery slide.
Having a mutual admiration society of posters, often posting with completely innacurate perceptions and information, in my opinion, doesn't provide the best climate for good decision making in any case. I can provide many examples where perceptions were just plain wrong. One poster even suggested thst the TO's should buy back their Song Lines from GOT because the granting of tenements gave GOT ownership of the sea scape. Not one poster appeared to have any idea about Native Title or its implications for GOT's ambitions.
What has amazed me is the stiking lack of attention to detail that many SH's who post appear, in my opinion, to be guilty of. If I was ivesting money I'd want to know every nuance of detail before making a decision. I certainly wouln't rely solely on information coming from the company pursuing my hard earned.
The detail and what I post here has been in the public domain for almost tweleve months. My expectation, for example would be that any broker recommending this stock should have diligently undertaken the "home work" so to speak. Another problem with the information in the public domain, in terms of HC, was that posters often ridiculed it and dismissed it as irrelevent.
I didn't cause the slide in the SP- the market spoke in response to the realities.
And if one poster here can downramp in the manner you suggested in your "lost" post than I can only say that the stock is very, very fragile indeed.
Posters can scapegoat me, but in my opinion they also need to self evaluate. You held stock even before I began posting.
