I know which comparison you are referring too. That particular peer comparison got me all excited.
BLR needs to restore confidence amongst its investors.
Unfortunately, this share is not tightly held - otherwise, you would see less of this mucking around. Perhaps, it should consolidate its share like EXT did not too long ago.
