someone just sold and took out the 22c column. This should speed up the buyback, with such large volume going through.
Gee, it's as boring share though: more like a term deposit, just buying back shares in the hope that Eden can soon afford it. The buyback makes the price solid- who knows where it would be without the buyback? Oil has fallen to a little over $81. If Eden can get this over the line, then good. It's just a very strange share. As of yesterday, the company has bought back around 37%, with another boring 63% to go. With 240m shares in total, someone just sold 4%, so 41% bought back, 39% to go.
Thoughts from holders? The AFR said last time the buyback stopped, AMU got an offer, so I think people might be looking to see if that happens again. Risk there, though, because the buyback seemed to pause recently, but no offer (no banana) there. I continue to watch with great boredom. :)
