I prefer a partnering deal, it should give fairer value to both sides. If Imugene are able to structure it favourably to reward ultimate success, the returns in the long run should far outweigh an outright purchase now. The very nature of a lump sum assumes some risk for the buyer, so naturally would be at a discount to future revenue/earnings etc, to price in the risk.
