I notice the anti-everything brigade is getting progressively more extreme with their prognostications and more shrill with their attempts at rhetoric. I think that they suspect they may be on the wrong side of history. I guess we can see all sorts of bizarre antics the closer we get to drilling and finding out what is below the ground. They have proven to be very creative in a negative backward looking way. They just don't want the modern world encroaching on their idyllic government-subsidised bludgers' paradise in the Northern Rivers - whether academics at the CSU or those tapping into a myriad of handouts. Because the area is depressed housing and everything else is more affordable if you don't have a proper job. I think the local Councillors should stick to local government business rather than chewing up time protesting and posting on internet forums like this one.
