    Hi bliimp,
    thanks for the input, you hit the nail on the head with these guys spending money wisely.

    Good point about the head office also, good time to buy in Sydney rather than pay the high rents, once again cost effective in the long run which I hope means they will be here in he long run.

    Speccy plays is all I deal in at the moment.
