WEC look like getting that type of partner.
WEC have been able to negotiate a potential 35% free carry scenario of a potential joint venture. Granted non binding HOA at this stage.
Makes ESI's $5 a tonne royalty in Loy Yang as paltry

Now go get that type of deal or better for your long suffering ESI shareholders.
