how can you say the tincom deal (if it ever happens) isnt structured in such a way that will benefit shareholders?
Isnt tincom taking ALL the risk by funding the project 100%? ESI shareholders have nothing to lose in this deal. not only is esi going to claim 10% ownership but will also receive 5% royalties for every tonne of coal being processed.
Are you saying shareholders are dissadvantaged with the Tincom terms?
