Its important to me ,as you seem to post more than most and your knowledge must be great to do this (IMO)

I thought this would have been better , as the risk is lower .

Last year this company was in alot of debt and had no deals on the table and no IP or access to BCoal.
Each box is now ticked

The comany seems to have no problem with raising $$ and getting deals at a LOI or MOU stage ...lets see if the convert.

Shareholders must be thanked by management as it looks as though they have supported ALL of the funding and want/need a better sp that ATM.

Your right I must look closer at your posts to see how high the fence realy is .
