One of the first things they should do is revisit disabled parking permits. Only people permanently in a wheel chair or with modified cars should have access to disabled car parks.

People should not get confused between disabled and handicapped.
I have two friends who are handicapped from having had motor bike accidents in their youth.Both have Leg damage,one being an amputee.
Both have their own business.
Handicap? Yes. Disability? NO.
I know of another two people who are on disability, but who are not even handicapped that much to be noticed.
