Also, think it doesn't mean much to South Australia whether AGS is in the joint venture or whether Heathgate are 100 %. If any heat gets put on AGS from Heathgate don't think South Australian government will care to much, at the end of the day the South Australian government will get the same amount of tax regardless I assume. Think our big advantage is if the board feel that they can get something from it all and act in their interests to cash in which are hopefully inline with the share holders best interests. Board has plenty of AGS stock, guess this is good thing, but at what price? I assume they got the bulk cheaply, sub 30 cents perhaps (maybe wrong here). I want to be convinced AGS is a no brain investment but like with anything there is risk. I will be watching closely, this one could be the gem averyone keeps on saying.
