Totts thanks for the RIV notes the other day

Any one want to tell me of their experience with the following.
Lets say we have a rising fork which is broken and the trigger line is also breached which results in the collapse of the SP. When the SP finally hits bottom and recovers to retest the trigger line from which it fell, does the trigger have the same potential as in a rising trigger?
I have searched and found a stock ARU which seems to fit this story. Dont own but interested in observing the future activity around this area
