    " the chinese have advised that the events in japan will not affect their nuclear ambitions. " that a good outlook to take( nothing like the old jack system) if the wind turns toward China and the fallout which has to be emitted goes there they still wont care,why would they how many billion live there...it's a sick attitude they preach
