These are logical milestones IMHO:
Short: 0.90-1.05 odd
Med: 1.05-1.25
Long: 1.25 o approaching NTA of $2

Cap rate of 5.9% is amongst best there is in AREIT. Westfield are still trading at a premium to NTA - other low cap rate AREITs trading at 10% or so discount to NTA - in GPTs case that would be $1.80 odd.
Risk as a factor is now gone with $1.5b odd equity injection.
Balance sheet has been savagely pruned.
Why shouldnt it trade at parity with its peers?

The short term goal is based on cornerstone invesor GIC's entry - $250m @ $1.25 + associated righs if they take them - makes entry of 92c odd. Its still a deeply discounted price - about 60% off NTA with no real reasoning now other than confidence.

The medium term goal is essentially confidence being restored - or a least no more surprises..

The longer term goal ought happen when they sack the board with extreme prejudice, and possibly sell an asset or two at within 20% of valuation price - I'd expect it to happen sooner or later on both counts.
