As predicted the fool Monckton is in Doha doing stunts on a camel.

Delay , delay , delay.

One of the interesting bits of news has to do with the increasing temperature of the seas and oceans.
Countries such as Australia will have a relatively small problem as the fish stocks can move down our coast from the North to the South latitudes.

But countries like Indonesia don't have that luxury. All their fishing is in the same narrow band of latitudes.

So their fishing fleets will travel . And that direction will most likely be to where the fish are , South.

Or perhaps we will see more Indon fishing boats being sold off to people smugglers.

Unintended consequences abound.

Delay is not an answer, it is a conscious decision to do nothing.
