It is disappointing the way economists talk about global warming. They speak of it as a proven fact. They should throw in the occasional "if GW is true" because they really don't know.
That said, I know of two notable sceptics who say the same thing, Monckton and Carter. They say that it would be cheaper to adjust to whatever happens than to try to prevent it.
