Hi,I spent last night reviewing a lot of the data,maps and information I have for this underexplored area and I am confident that the weeks ahead will see the market awake from it's ignorance as to the potential of RRE.I am particularly impressed by the potential of the Killara tenements and the southern area of the Quartz Well lease.Both of these area contain nice area of greenstone which have never been really drilled to any depth.
Also Quartz Well IMHO is likely to see some continuation of the mineralization from DRM's Andy's Well prospect northward into RRE's lease.The most western part of the Killara leases sits in the path of a very substantial fault extending up from the south which has yielded(further south)a number of significant gold discoveries over the years.
The most eastern of the Killara leases contains a number of east west running faults which traverse 2 or 3 areas of greenstone which IMO almost certainly contain good deposits of base metals,in particular Cu,Zn,Pb and Ag.For an inkling of what may be found there check the geochemical reports of EMG of their Diamond Well leases.Also interesting to note that both TLM and THX have over the last 6 months acquired a number of leases to the southeast of RRE's Killara blocks.I regard the THX and TLM crews and management as very astute and possessing remarkable foresight in their selection of leases.
My conclusion is that as the market realizes the potential of RRE I expect that we will see a sharp appreciation of our SP and IMHO it is likely to test it's previous highs in the not too distant future
