    re: accc slams a tardy toll I don't hold TOL (got to stop automatically clicking 'Position' on stocks I don't own, as I did in my post above), and treating the takeover purely as a sporting event to cheer one side or the other, I am firmly in Corrigan's camp. However, I think Toll has a point in this little spat. It couldn't be any clearer from public statements that Toll intends to proceeed with the takeover, so Samuel's response looks pretty lame to say the least.
