IMO this is exactly the reason why the 2 strike policy was introduced... And puts management on notice.
Unfortunately It's only when there is a direct impact on directors actions that they begin to truly take matters like this seriously.
I've added to the poll... My 5.4mil will be NO to resolution 5-7
I have no issue with my name being on the no side of the vote... Happy to stand up for my convictions
