Marc has mentioned the importance of being able to negotiate from a position of strength, in Immuteps case
this is purely financial standing at this point in time....
OK, for this discussion, Immutep have also invoked a shelf offering clause and either are in the process or have installed
a $100MUSD raising facility that may or may not be tapped into......
My question: does this facility contribute to Immuteps "position of strength" for deal negotiations?
