Could it be that Japan and China know that the USD is going down hence putting in early measures now to counter the effects of what looks very likely! Taking precautions early would mean that they don't have to devalue again in the future and would be just an interest rate rise away from pushing the currency back up if the USD does the Houdini. Just a thought...
