The short /HFT,bot etc ...love to see a minimum charge per trade irrespective of shares.
Per trade % or minimum absolute $ surcharge on top of everything else even for 1 share. Choose values,depending on your current angst.
Proceeds for politicians super/ electoral funds/dining room.
Man it would go thru parliament in secs and stop the bots.
Imagine in Lynas 10 shares trade costs $1, 1 share trade $1....done deal and we have really happy politicians who dont need to make slimy back room friends.
Or even give proceeds to Childhood Cancer Research... We could ask the politicians...LOL!! Hysterical..I crack me up sometimes .
