I'm actually not a property bull or bear, shares, property or any other investments will be dictated by the world, the economy and sentiment.
Just for the sake of balance i thought i'd give the forum people a positive on property.
Had a great conversation today with one of our melbourne clients.... we purchased them a property in melbourne for 315k 16 month ago and got a bank value of 505k last week...
We are buying again this month for them...
