Hahaahha what a funny thread i've started, entertainment for me at work.

Few corrections:


1) I said the below at the start of the thread.
Had a great conversation today with one of our melbourne clients.... we purchased them a property in melbourne for 315k 16 month ago and got a bank value of 505k last week...

Actually spoke to client about some other advice issues and the amazing bank val he got and his purchase price was actually 339k and not 315k.

2) I'm not a real estate agent.

3) Was purchased in Fitzroy...

4) hahahah melton.... can't remember who posted that and can't be bothered going back but why would something purchased lease than 2 years ago in melton for 339k be worth half a million now.
