Yep the problem is many of the bears are highly limited in their thinking and think that the only way you possibly can make any money is their way. Plus they generalise way too much making large market wide sweeping statements that just must apply to the whole market. Reality is some areas have/will drop 40% or more but many areas won't change much at all and some will even increase. Too many also have no idea of true sacrifice and how much people can and will cut back when required to keep their house if push comes to shove.
