Yeah saw that. If you look at towards the end of the second article it says the DFS is hoped to be released March next year. Not sure if this is just the unreliable PNG media on facts but wouldn't surprise me if it is true. Not sure where they would have got this estimate unless they are getting confused with releases by MMC stating March and they have assumed it to be next year as March is gone already.
