Spoken to suppose to be MMC provider yesterday. He claimed that the project will be frozen for quite a while. He wasn't happy too because there will be no work for them too. He also said any mining funding greater than $200 mil is extremely hard. Anything under $200 mill can be easily obtain in South East Asia (Hongkong, singapore).
