If there is any truth to Singa's posts regarding the removal of the board sometime in March then it will be by means other than a 249d action.
There are only two investors that matter for this to take place and either one making a move will alter the whole the landscape at Empire.
Imho, money talks and for both of those large investors that money is squealing blue murder and March is only a matter of a couple of weeks away.
